After lots of internal debates on whether to stay or to go, we decided to go. Most of you know this already, but for those of you who don't, here it is: We lived in Plainfield, worked in Burlington. My job is 8-5 with no leeway. Scott's job is much, much more flexible. He was working nights, which means he would be driving home at night - exhausted. I would be away from the boys 11-12 hours a day. Beside the personal disappointment of being away from that long, I am breast-feeding and that is just cruel to be away from my baby for that long. Pumping or not. We love the home we built in Plainfield, but we weighed the plusses and minus and decided to move. So far, no regrets. Today we walked into town and got some sandwiches. We took them to City Hall and ate them in the midst of the Farmer's Market and listened to some music. We then walked down to the waterfront and followed the bike path down to North Beach and played in the sand. I'm gonna like it here.
